Following on from this post earlier today I have decided to try setting a morning ritual. I have also discovered I may need to be in work early tomorrow so I am now aiming to get out of bed by 6:30am. This will only give me 45 minutes, but is still earlier than I usually get up.
So my plan for the morning is:
- Get out of bed
- Make coffee
- Get ready for work
Not much of a ritual yet, but will expand on it for next week.I'm just hoping that by writing it down it'll help me stick to it.
