Here's to a great 2010

As usual my new year's resolution will be to keep this blog up to date, as well as reading 52 books in 52 weeks, 52 projects in 52 weeks, exercising & eating well. It's always nice to have goals I guess... :)

I have just started reading Julie and Julia: My Year of Cooking Dangerously and am a little inspired to pursue a similar project. Not necessarily in a year, but to take time to try recipes I wouldn't normally. I was bought Rachel Allen's Home Cooking for Christmas and have already tried 2 recipes (Sticky Cumin & Apricot Roast Carrots, page 107; Cauliflower Cheese, page 128.) Plus have some pork marinading ready for lunch tomorrow. So far, so good.
